White vine vinification: Separation of stalks and skins, static clarification, selected yeasts inoculum, 20 days fermentation at temperatures not exceeding 13°C, to retain the scents.
Aging in steel: about 6 months, with prolonged stop on yeasts and repeated batonage
Maturation in bottle: Minimum one month before marketing
Wine life expectancy in bottle: minimum 2,5 years
