Designation: Irpinia Falanghina dop

Colour: straw yellow

Scent: aromatic with floral notes, elegant with a pleasant freshness and final sapidity

Flavor: intense fruity aromas. At the aftertaste there are mineral scents due to the production land

Reccomended combinations: spaghetti with seafood, octopuses, baked fish. To try with the classic Neapolitan pizza

 

OENOLOGICAL DATA

White vine vinification: Separation of stalks and skins, static clarification, selected yeasts inoculum, 20 days fermentation at temperatures not exceeding 13°C, to retain the scents.

Aging in steel: about 6 months, with prolonged stop on yeasts and repeated batonage

Maturation in bottle: Minimum one month before marketing

Wine life expectancy in bottle: minimum 2,5 years
