THE WINERY
Our structure, in via Pasquale De Nisco, is a building surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, consisting of a basement and two floors. It is located just outside Pietradefusi (AV), at the top of a hill from which you can admire the beautiful valleys and hills of Irpinia and Sannio and all the beauty of the historic center of the village, with the eighteenth century Arcipretale Church and the Aragonese Tower built in 1200s.
Inside the winery a lot of activities are carried out: processing, tasting and the sale of typical local products (not only wine, but also EVO oil, cakes and biscuits made with wine), conferences and meetings, and soon thematic catering too.
The basement is occupied by the premises, which have an extension of about seven hundred square meters, where the entire production process takes place. A specific area is reserved for each activity: the area for the grapes’ conferment, the fermentation zone, the sparkling wine area, the wine storage area, the bottling area and the packaging and storage zone. There’s also an area where takes place processing and storage of extra virgin olive oil. The remaining part of the plan is occupied by the barrel and the area for tasting and selling typical products.

THE TASTINGS
The whole ground floor is also dedicated to the tasting and it covers an area of about two hundreds square meters, with large panoramic terraces of about four hundred square meters, where the thematic catering will take place. Attached there is a room of about one hundred square meters for elaboration of food. The first floor has got a multi-purpose room for debates and meetings of all kinds and here there are the corporate offices.
The building is surrounded by a green area of about five thousand square meters of garden, with paths between edges, olive trees and tall trees.
Always in line with our guiding principles of environmental sustainability and protection of the territory, the cornerstones of our activity, the processing waters of the winery are collected, filtered, stored and reused for irrigation purposes, as well as rainwater. Furthermore we produce electricity through the use of fotovoltaic panels that ensure an energy autonomy of about 22,000 kw annually. Vegetable waste and pieces of wine shoot or herbaceous shoot are also collected and used as energy fuels.
